From the first feasibility study tour in October 2004, when 2 members of Committee of Fontana-Foundation (Soeren O. Carlsen and Ragnar J. Larusson) together with Preben Hansen, CEO of Danish-owned company, Domus Medica Vietnam visited Lang Binh Minh Addiction Treatment Center. This feasibility study laid grounds for the NGO Fontana project for capacity- and quality building of this addiction center in Vietnam - financed partly by NGO Fontana own donations and DANIDA-funds via Projektraadgivningen in Denmark.
